All items to be exchanged must be in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
Exchanges can only be done for the same products in a different size. It cannot be exchanged for another design in the same product category or against any other product across our website.
You can apply for an exchange for your order within a day after an order has been delivered.
The entire exchange cost is on us if you receive any defective or the wrong item(s) from Flavors of London. And if the exchange is due to the wrong size selection, the customer should bear the charge of the reverse pickup.
Customers are requested to check the SIZE CHART before placing an order. If the customer returns/exchanges an order due to the wrong size/color/design picked by the customer, the customer is entitled to bear the shipping cost.
In case of any defective product (Subjective to verification), Flavors of London will bear the shipping charges. If the wrong order/size/design is placed or the item is damaged by the customer, then the customer has to bear the shipping cost.
